I am originally from Stedman, North Carolina. I received my undergraduate from the University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor of Science in psychology December of 2017. I obtained the prerequisites to attend physical therapy school at Chatham University in Pittsburgh and graduated in December of 2021 with my Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. After graduating from physical therapy school, I began working as an acute care physical therapist at Forbes Hospital in Monroeville, PA. I also had opportunities to work on the inpatient rehab unit for more intensive based inpatient therapy.
I have a particular passion working with individuals with neurological diagnoses, vestibular/balance disorders, and musculoskeletal injuries. I also have a passion for working with geriatric populations and individual’s post-concussion. I became a physical therapist to help people recover from their injuries and improve their overall quality of life.
For fun I love to go horseback riding, hiking with my dogs Vegas and Mavis, kayaking, bike joring, and being outside.
