Francine Bartlett graduated from Central Michigan University in 1995 with a B.S. in Sports Medicine and became a NATA Certified Athletic Trainer. She then moved to Alaska, where she worked as a personal trainer and personal assistant for people with disabilities—an experience that sparked her interest in physical therapy. In 2001, Francine completed her M.S. in Physical Therapy at Central Michigan University.

She relocated to Jackson, Wyoming in 2005 and began Excel Physical Therapy in a local fitness facility while also working part-time at Teton Physical Therapy, where she met her future business partner, Maria Lofgren. Together, they founded Excel Physical Therapy in 2007.

Francine is passionate about continuing education and skill development. She earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Rocky Mountain University in 2014 and holds numerous certifications.
