Originally from Stedman, North Carolina, Jessie Pearson earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh in 2017 before completing her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at Chatham University in 2021. She began her career as an acute care physical therapist at Forbes Hospital in Monroeville, PA, where she also gained valuable experience on the inpatient rehab unit providing more intensive therapy.
Jessie has a particular passion for working with individuals with neurological conditions, vestibular and balance disorders, musculoskeletal injuries, and post-concussion care. She also enjoys supporting older adults in maintaining mobility, independence, and overall quality of life. Her dedication to physical therapy comes from a genuine desire to help people heal from injuries and return to the activities they love.
Outside of work, Jessie loves being outdoors. She enjoys horseback riding, hiking with her dogs Vegas and Mavis, kayaking, bike joring, and exploring nature.
