Sidney grew up in Denver, Colorado and now calls Victor, Idaho home, where she lives with her husband. She earned her undergraduate degree in Exercise Science from the University of Utah in 2017 before going on to receive her Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy in 2021. Sidney is passionate about providing holistic, patient-centered care and finds deep fulfillment in helping individuals return to the activities that bring meaning to their lives. She especially enjoys working with older adults to build confidence and independence, as well as supporting individuals through recovering from upper extremity orthopedic conditions.

Outside of her work, Sidney enjoys trail running, mountain biking, traveling, diving, and cooking, as well as spending quality time with her husband, dog, and two cats.
